Scholarships and Awards
By applying for admission, youâ€™re automatically considered for entrance awards. You should then complete the competitive high school awards application in your Student Centre (my.ucalgary.ca).
Canadian Student Loans
Government student loans and grants are available to Canadian citizens and permanent residents. Apply through your home province of residence, or visit canlearn.ca for details.

Value of prestige awards
Entering students who receive a scholarship, bursary, or award.
$2,000 - $5,000
For example: $5,000 President's Admission Scholarship for students with an admission average of 95% or higher
$500 - $10,000
For example:Â $10,000 CIBC International Entrance Scholarship for an international student who demonstrates strong academic excellence
Up to $25,000
For example:Â $20,000 ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ International Entrance Scholarship, renewable for four years
